We take great pride in the quality of our halal, preservative-free food and want every customer to be completely satisfied. Because we work with fresh, perishable products, our return and refund policy reflects the unique nature of food service. Please read the following carefully.
General Policy
Due to the perishable nature of all food products, we are unable to accept physical returns of food items once they have left our premises or been delivered. However, we are committed to making things right if there is ever an issue with your order.
All concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup, delivery, or service completion. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Cafe & Takeout Items
All sales of prepared food and beverages are final at the time of purchase.
If your order was made incorrectly or a food quality issue is identified before you leave our location, please notify a staff member immediately and we will remedy the situation at no charge.
If you discover an issue after leaving, contact us within 2 hours of purchase with a description of the problem. We may issue a store credit or partial refund at our discretion.
We are unable to issue refunds for change-of-mind or personal taste preferences.
Catering Orders
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date: Full refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event date: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event date: Deposit is non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full order amount may be charged.
Order Issues
If items are missing, incorrect, or do not meet quality standards upon delivery or pickup, please notify us at the time of receipt or within 4 hours of delivery.
Documentation (photos) of the issue is strongly encouraged and will help us process your claim faster.
Eligible claims may result in a partial or full refund, store credit, or a replacement order, at ANI Catering's discretion.
We are not responsible for food quality issues arising from improper handling, storage, or reheating after delivery.
Online & Pre-Orders
Orders placed online or by phone may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order total.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund.
Event Services
Event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and staffing.
Full payment is due no later than 5 business days before the event.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event: Deposit retained; remaining balance refunded.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event: 50% of total order retained.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: Full order amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a force majeure (severe weather, public emergency, etc.), we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or issue a credit toward a future event.
